concerning our team trip to your location |
|
In
order to complete our work we will send you, at
OUR
TRAVEL COST, a team of 2 persons
(photographer and programmer) for a duration of 10 to 15
days (the length of stay depends on weather conditions an technical problems) to
do the filming and to help create with you
the multimedia web site and e-ArtBook on the spot. You
will offer during this period a complimentary room in your
hotel on a 1/2 board basis.
Everything will be done and set on line according to our
offer and your
requests before their departure. They will come with the
necessary tools (special camera, angular tripod, laptop computers
, mini-scanner and necessary softwares) you will have to provide them an
access to the Internet from their room or from any
practical location
from where
they will work (telephone line and ISP access if
necessary). |
Please

For filming purposes, it is mandatory for our team to come in the
best weather condition or during your principal tourism
activity season (ex: winter in ski area or late spring or
early fall in beach resorts) |

is also important for our sponsor's jury and our design department to have the best
possible idea of your hotel. Therefore, unless a
Pixorama representative has visited you, we would appreciate if you
could send us by regular mail all the available printing
material concerning your hotel and your region that we may need to
select you and to create the best corporate identity and
environment for your
