You will receive at NO CHARGE:
- ONE multimedia latest technology web site
- TWO large screen virtual tours
- An E-ArtBook of your hotel to be sent to your guests
- ONE calendar year full maintenance of your site plus 2 updates

Any other services required by you will be charged with a 10% reduction from our listed prices.
You will provide each year at NO CHARGE:
- 2 weeks half-board voucher for 2 persons in your premices.

Terms and Conditions

PIXORAMA will send at its cost a team of maximum 2 persons for a length of time of 15 days maximum to your place. Their work will be fully paid by PIXORAMA, lodging in good conditions and half board meals will be provided by you on the working spot.
A suitable date to complete this work will be choosen according to PIXORAMA schedule and your availability. You may change this date only once and  you will be given another apointment. PIXORAMA's team will come with all the necessary tools to complete the work on the spot. You will have to provide them an internet connexion by mean of a DSL line with WIFI or if not tecnically possible, a telephone line and a local ISP (Internet Service Provider) phone number, login, password and SMTP server access.
PIXORAMA's team will take the necessary pictures, film and information and will transmit the raw material via Internet to our studios in Los Angeles. You will have to meet our team at least once a day, and they will show you the daily processed work for approval. Any of your comments or wishes will be discussed and taken into consideration if the available technology permits it. Pixorama's project director will take the final decision about  the feasibility of your demand.

Two one week half board vouchers for a two persons stay at your hotel will be given to our team upon completion of their work . These two one week vouchers will be used at will by our sponsor's, by PIXORAMA or sold on the Internet before december 31st of the same year.
You have the possibility to limit the vouchers validity to a minimum length time of 10 month during the year according to constrains due to high season occupancy of your premices.
If not used during the allowed period following the completion of the site and related products, the vouchers will be voided. You will be free to stop our services at the end of this first year or to renew them for one more year by provinding 2 new vouchers for the following calendar year one month prior the end of the year upon reception of our requestiong email. The new voucher must be printed, signed and sent back to PIXORAMA by email or regular mail. If the vouchers are not received on time PIXORAMA will close down your site without further notice. PIXORAMA can, after each period of one calendar year, decide to continue or discontinue its services, depending of the level of satisfaction of the guests sent to you by PIXORAMA or by its sponsors. In the eventuality of the decision to discontinue our services,  PIXORAMA will give you a one month notice before closing dawn the site and associated products.

The site will always remain the property of PIXORAMA and will be owned and operated by PIXORAMA on a virtual server rented by you or on PIXORAMA's server. PIXORAMA will help you, at no charge, to acquire or change your domain name to point toward your virtual server IP number. You will have to pay, however, third party fees or charges for DNS registration or server space renting. PIXORAMA  will maintain the site for you at no charge, with a limited use of one simple price or text update every 6 month. This mean that NO changes in the design of the site or any add-ons will be done after its completion unless paid for to PIXORAMA on a per hour basis.

The access to the server will exclusively be granted to PIXORAMA. Failure to do so will not permit PIXORAMA to provide you with a FREE maintenance and update service.

The maintenance service is for your server ONLY. Pixorama will not maintain your personal computer, repare or replace any software in it. Hotlines, Windows XP or PCanywhere special contracts for help and maintenance concerning the regular use of your computer's programs can be obtained from PIXORAMA at extra costs and are not included in the SWAPNET service.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the contents of the site or associated products including the text, images, audio and video for public or commercial purposes, or use elsewhere any material displayed on the site without a written permission from PIXORAMA.

You should assume that everything we create for you is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated and may only be used according to these Terms and Conditions. PIXORAMA  does not warrant  that the materials displayed on the Site or related products will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with PIXORAMA. If so PIXORAMA will take the necessary steps to modify the content of the site at no charge. PIXORAMA uses reasonable efforts to include recent and up-to-date web technologies on the Site and associated products and will renew or change these technologies if needed at no extra charge during the time length of our agreement.

The use of and browsing in the Site is at the viewer risk. Neither PIXORAMA  nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the access to, or use of the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Site is provided to you "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties. PIXORAMA  also assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, the viewer computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or the downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.

Any communication or material transmited from and to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as confidential. Anything transmited or post will not be used by PIXORAMA for any purpose.

The Site may contain links to other Web sites operated by third parties other than PIXORAMA . Such links are provided by you and for convenience only. PIXORAMA  does not control such Web sites and is not responsible for their content. The fact that this Site contains links to other sites does not mean that PIXORAMA  approves of, endorses or recommends those sites, nor does it imply any association with their operators.
